Booking & Payment

Bookings are made through our official booking platform. A partial payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due according to the conditions indicated at the time of booking.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Check-out: before 12:00 PM. For different times, please contact us in advance.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €500 is required, fully refundable at the end of the stay after verifying the property condition.

Cancellation

We offer free cancellation according to the deadlines indicated on the booking platform. Please check the specific conditions when making your reservation.

House Rules

• Maximum capacity: 6 guests
• No pets allowed
• No smoking indoors
• No parties or events
• Respect quiet hours (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM)

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. The pool is used under the guest's sole responsibility.
